We are a small women-owned and operated business and while packing and shipping your new bike gear is exciting for us, it does cost us money to ship it to you. 

We think a $9 flat rate to ship in the contingent US is totally reasonable. ($1 of this helps to plant a tree and we use compostable packaging)  

Canada-- regular Canada Post shipping rates apply. If you spend over $150, we'll ship your goodies for $8.

Dirty Jane  accepts returns up to 30 days from the date your item was shipped.

Returns:

Full-price items are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Discounted items are eligible for store credit only. 

Exchanges - If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the best way to do that is to head to  www.dirtyjane.com and purchase the correct size or color.

Final Sale items are final sale, no exceptions. 

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

We do not accept chamois for returns under any circumstances as we cannot safely resell them.

As of June 30th all returns will need to be shipped to us in Canada.
